Important Instructions to Candidates regarding JEE Main 2024 Session 1
Kindly, refer to the details below to know about the important exam instructions by the NTA for the JEE Main 2024.
- As per NTA, candidates need to carry a copy (print-out) of the JEE Main 2024 admit card along with a self-declaration (undertaking) and a clear printout on A4 size paper.
- The candidates are advised to read all the instructions on the admit card carefully and strictly follow them during the examination.
- Candidates are advised to report at the test centre on time i.e. 02 hours before the commencement of the JEE Main.
- If the candidates do not report on time due to any uncertain reason, the NTA or examination centre will not be responsible for any delay.
- The candidate must show their JEE Main 2024 admit card in printed form for entry into the examination hall. Candidates who do not possess valid admit cards and authorised photo IDs will not be allowed to take the examination under any circumstances.
- A seat indicating the JEE Main 2024 Roll Number will be allotted to each candidate. Candidates should sit in their allocated seats only.
- In case a candidate changes his/her seat and does not sit on the seat allotted to him/her could face cancellation of their candidature. No plea or request would be entertained in this regard.
- The candidate should ensure that the Question Paper available on the computer is as per his/her chosen language indicated in the Admit Card.
- If the language of the Question Paper is other than his/her chosen language, the same must be brought to the attention of the concerned invigilator.
