NTA released JEE Main 2025 Exam date January Session
The National Testing Agency, NTA, is the conducting authority of JEE Main. Recently, NTA has announced the exam date of JEE Main 2025 for the January Session. JEE Main 2025 is held for two papers: paper 1 (BE/B.Tech) and paper 2 (B.Arch/B. Plann). Paper 1 is scheduled to be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, whereas paper 2 is scheduled to be held on January 30. After the declaration of the exam date, the city intimation slip and admit card will be released soon.
JEE Main 2025
JEE Main is one of the most important exams for the students who aspire to become engineers. It is the first stage of IIT-JEE. The second one is JEE Advanced. JEE Main is conducted twice a year (in January and April). It is a 3-hour examination of 300 marks. The syllabus consists of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of classes 11 and 12. In the year 2025, JEE Main will be conducted across various cities of the country as well as in 15 cities outside the country. The schedule for JEE Main 2025 for paper 1 and paper 2 is given in the table below:

In the year 2025, the number of registrations of JEE Main 2025 has been raised by nearly 1.6 lakh in comparison to the 12,764 applications of the year 2024. This year nearly 13.8 lakh candidates registered for the January session of JEE Main, breaking all the previous records in terms of number of candidates.
